The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding talent. This role partners with hiring managers to define position needs, engage qualified candidates, and ensure the firm attracts top-tier talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with firm culture and values. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future needs. Engage passive candidates and build relationships for future opportunities. Provide hiring managers with informed recommendations and candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and firm personnel. Ensure a seamless interview process and communication between all stakeholders. Draft and extend job offers in coordination with hiring managers and Compensation. Assist with compensation discussions, ensuring alignment with internal pay structures. Manage offer negotiations and close candidates effectively. Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the pre-employment process. Monitor industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and diversity recruitment efforts. Support data-driven hiring decisions through the use of metrics and recruiting dashboards. Perform other duties as assigned. Regular in-person attendance is required to perform essential functions of this interactive position.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the role. 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Proven experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management

Physical Requirements:

The work is primarily sedentary. It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. The work at times requires bending, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights.
