•. This position will hold responsibility for developing and supporting a comprehensive multi-faceted recruitment strategy that supports our Dealer Network in filling high-volume technician positions.

What you will do:

+ Develop and execute technician recruitment strategies for the Dealer Network to produce a pipeline of candidates for all technician roles. + Manage and administer veteran recruitment through DOD Skillbridge, military organizations, ROTC programs and veteran groups. + Develop and deploy apprenticeship program playbook and ongoing best practices providing dealer’s guidance with technical and high school engagement. + Lead monthly meetings with dealer HR teams and key HYMH stakeholders to provide program updates, share best practices, and facilitate collaboration on hiring initiatives. + Collaborate with dealer HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment marketing strategies targeting technicians including identifying, coordinating, and attending career fairs (both virtual and in-person) to promote dealership career opportunities Who you are: + Energetic, self-start with an ability to initiate, progress, and conclude multiple projects simultaneously + Passionate about talent acquisition with a genuine interest in engaging with and recruiting the best candidates + Experience in managing and administering veteran recruitment programs, understanding the unique needs and strengths of veteran candidates. + Proactive and strategic thinking who can anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and influence What you will need: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related functional support area or equivalent combination of education, training, and military experience. + 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, workforce development, or program management with a focus on veteran hiring or military recruitment. + Experience managing DOD SkillBridge or other military hiring programs is strongly preferred. + Experience working with an independently owned dealership network – preferred. + Ability to travel up to 20%, if needed. Skills, Experience & Abilities + Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders across a distributed network. + Organized, detail oriented and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks. + College and career fair recruiting experience. + Strong understanding of military-to-civilian career transitions, including MOS translation and veteran hiring best practices. + Knowledge of/familiarity with applicable employment laws pertaining to employment/interviewing/hiring, such as EEO, AA, ADA, etc. is required. + Experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS) is required. + Must also be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Outlook email and calendar functions.
