Position Summary The Physician Recruiter will provide recruitment processes of physicians and advanced practice providers for all ECU Health entities and for East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. As a Physician Recruiter, you will: Communicate efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.
Development of candidate pipeline through working relationships with schools, residency programs & medical societies/associations on identification of physicians seeking employment.
Pre-screen candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, face-to-face interviewing and collection of feedback from interview panel.
Establishing a rapport with candidates. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree or higher At least two years of experience in healthcare related recruitment or sales. Recruiter will be expected to reside in one of ECU Health’s regional locations. Other Information 40 hours per week

• Friday (8 am
• 5 pm) with some afterhours and recruitment events

• Required to work in office at least 1-2 days per week
  Required to travel for on-site interviews at ECU Health Hospitals and clinics located across Eastern NC
