Up to 40% (local within Wake County and domestic) About the Role SKEMA Business School•USA Campus is seeking a motivated and dynamic Admissions Manager to drive student recruitment efforts for our undergraduate and graduate programs based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and actively engaging with prospective students. The Admissions Manager will play a key role in increasing awareness of SKEMA’s programs, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and helping grow enrollment for our U.S. campus. Our U.S. campus is located on North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus in Raleigh and is home to ~500 students per semester across one undergraduate and three graduate programs, plus executive education. Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment & Outreach Promote the SKEMA undergraduate Bachelor in Business Program and other portfolio programs Travel for recruitment events (fairs, school visits, college counselor events) across the U.S. and abroad Represent SKEMA at Open Houses, admitted student days, and virtual info sessions Engage with prospective students, parents, and educators to promote programs Manage inquiry and applicant follow-up through phone, email, and video calls Use the CRM to track leads and move students through the enrollment funnel Admissions Process Support Advise applicants through the admissions process from initial interest to enrollment Assist with reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and communicating decisions Help manage application materials such as transcripts and financial aid documents Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry and reporting Collaboration & Marketing Work with the Raleigh Marketing Coordinator to support recruitment campaigns Provide insights from the field to enhance messaging and outreach strategies Help with logistics and vendor coordination for recruitment events and fairs Collaborate with SKEMA Global Admissions team on global recruitment efforts Campus Engagement Support major campus events (Orientation, Ceremonies, Recruitment Events) Represent SKEMA’s admissions team in the local community and education networks Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution At least 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related field Experience using CRM systems (LeadSquared, Slate, Salesforce, or similar) Willingness to travel frequently and work occasional evenings/weekends Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills Preferred Experience with international student recruitment and credential evaluation Proficiency in French or another language is a plus Ability to work independently and in multicultural, cross-functional teams
