Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Contract CorporateRecruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at a leadinghealthcare non-profit organization. This full-time, fully remotecontract role is responsible for managing the full life cyclerecruitment process for non-clinical case managers andadministrative support staff. The ideal candidate will bring aproactive, independent approach to sourcing, interviewing, andonboarding top-tier talent under tight deadlines. Employee mustreside in NC. Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical and administrativeroles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing,and selection. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify andengage qualified candidates. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diversecandidate pipelines. Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, ensuring a positivecandidate experience. Facilitate offer processes including preparation, negotiation, andextension of offers. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners tounderstand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitmentstrategies. Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for newhires. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate documentation inthe applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferablywithin large or matrixed organizations. Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing,interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other digitalsourcing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be a resident of North Carolina.

Preferred Qualifications:
