JOB SUMMARY

The HR Recruiter performs professional and administrative work in coordinating the human resources functions in the areas of recruitment and talent acquisition. The HR Recruiter is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in performing assigned tasks. Providing guidance to KIOTI Management on industry trends and Recruitment best-practices are essential to this role as they will be the primary contact for all Recruitment needs. The Sr. Recruiter will also act as the liaison and manage all relationships with staffing agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

The Recruiter’s key responsibilities are outlined below: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Negotiate contracts with new Staffing agencies Assists with job posting and advertisement processes Screens applications and selects qualified candidates Schedules interviews Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions Coordinating temporary assignments for warehouse and office positions through established partners Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, required. 4+ years of experience in recruitment. Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of confidentiality with uncompromising integrity and professional maturity. Must be self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Possess ability to see projects through conclusion and implementation. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruitment a plus.
