Job Description
CTG is seeking to fill a North America Campus Engagement Specialist opening for our client in Raleigh, NC.

Ongoing Contract Duties:
Own and manage relationships with approximately six priority partner schools identified as top sources for early professional talent. Attend a minimum of one in-person campus event per school each season in collaboration with business partners and collect prospective candidate leads. Develop lead capture forms, track engagement data, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain pipeline activity. Conduct two virtual touchpoints per school per season with key stakeholders, such as career services and faculty. Serve as the primary contact for campus representatives and internal staff attending campus events; provide support including access to centralized funding. Collaborate with swag/materials coordinator for campus event logistics and promotional planning. Act as a subject matter expert on early-level hiring strategy, cross-domain career paths, and recruitment processes. Maintain alignment with the North America Early-Level Hiring Campus Engagement Leader through coordinated calendar updates and communication. During off-peak seasons, contribute to digital recruitment events and other strategic initiatives to support talent acquisition goals.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for virtual engagement and data tracking. Knowledge of early-career hiring practices and campus recruiting trends.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or a related field. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong partnerships with academic institutions. Experience with event planning and candidate engagement strategies preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
