Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various positions within the company. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract top talent.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience as a recruiter (3-5 years preferred), either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for recruitment.
Project Management and Deadline Dedicated:
Proficient in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Social Media Coordination:
Creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and fostering community interaction.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Team Player:
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
