Recruiter (Entry Level) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Wake Forest, NC 27587 Recruiter (Entry-Level) Job Summary We are looking for an entry-level professional (1 year of related work experience) to join our growing team at On-Board PMO in the Wake Forest, NC office. In this full-time position, you will utilize traditional recruiting strategies as well as new and creative channels. You will play a key part in ensuring that we are achieving our staffing objectives by creating and updating effective job postings; sourcing, conducting phone interviews with and evaluating candidates; coaching qualified candidates; scheduling follow-up interviews and managing client and candidate relationships. Duties and Responsibilities Create, post and manage strategic requisitions for online job boards (including social media) manually and via the ATS Proactively source candidates for current openings through various means including employee or client referrals, previous placements, and the ATS Pre-screen and coach qualified candidates to effectively present to our Client Companies Initiate background and drug screens for potential new hires via background screening providers such as A-Check Global and DISA Utilize software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and OneNote; G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Voice, etc.), Job Diva to track candidate progress Create and present various reports Participate in weekly or bi-weekly meetings to fully understand the staffing needs, company structure and hiring process of each client Adhere to the company’s policy and procedures and current employment laws and practices Requirements and Qualifications Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred 1 year of recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Proficiency in database management and record keeping Compensation and Benefits Competitive Base Salary Incentive Plan Medical, dental, vision and supplementary insurance plans 401(k) Plan Paid Vacation Paid Personal Time Off About Us On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
