OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorRecruiting Partner to join Metabolon’s Human Resources (HR) team.
This role offers the opportunity to drive the recruitment of toptalent in a wide variety of functions. This role will be a keypartner to hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates, leading the fullrecruitment life cycle independently as a trusted advisor andpartner throughout the process. This position is hybrid (onsiteTuesday-Thursday) and local to the RTP, NC area, reporting to theDirector, Global HR.Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles acrossmultiple business functions. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and executeeffective sourcing and recruitment strategies and tactics, ensuringalignment with business goals. Source candidates through creative, cost-effective methodsincluding LinkedIn Recruiter, networking (direct and indirect), andreferrals. Conduct behavioral-based interviews, assess qualifications, andpresent top candidate profiles and recommendation details to hiringmanagers. Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring managerexperience, serving as a key point of contact for allstakeholders. Leverage iCIMS and other recruitment tools to streamlineprocesses, automate where possible, and track progress. Maintain a focus on filling roles with high-quality candidateswithin established metrics, consistently meeting recruitmentgoals. Proactively identify challenges in the recruitment process andraise them early, bringing solutions to drive continuousimprovement and problem-solving. Provide timely and accurate recruitment reporting and metricsto leadership. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, utilizinginnovative sourcing techniques and employer brandingefforts.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience infull-cycle recruiting. Proven track record in biotech sales recruitment, with stronggeneralist experience across other functions (e.g., G&A,operations, R D, marketing, tech and bioinformatics). Expertise in leveraging ATS (iCIMS preferred) and LinkedInRecruiter to optimize recruitment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Teams,Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to support recruitment activities,reporting, and communication. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectivelywith hiring managers, HRBPs, and the broader HR team. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, andinterpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and theability to manage multiple priorities. Track record of demonstrating a bias to action to fill roles bytime-to-fill targets.
