We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and craft talent strategies that align with business goals; Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers across the US, Canada; Ensure an excellent candidate experience, representing the company’s values throughout the recruitment process; Actively build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networking across industry channels; Partner with managers to drive engagement initiatives to raise brand awareness and represent the company at recruitment and networking events, including fostering relationships with universities. Use data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process and provide market intelligence that informs workforce planning. What You’ll bring: 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced IT-driven environment; Strong understanding of talent management practices and recruitment processes; Experience in organizing and participating in talent engagement events and networking opportunities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the company; High level of organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment; Experience working with ATS systems (for example, Lever, etc.); Commitment to our core values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
