Recruiter:
Full life cycle recruiting of CNAs, Nurses, and other positions as assigned. Attend facility, college and other job fairs. Accurately maintain ATS (Apploi) E Onboarding of candidates for assigned facilities. Sourcing through various platforms and cold calling.
Qualifications of Recruiter:
Must have +2 years recruiting experience in a healthcare setting Applicant tracking system experience required. Experienced in social media and Indeed sourcing. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Outstanding oral and written communication skills Willing to travel to facilities, schools, and job fairs. Experience with onboarding is preferred.
