We are seeking a part-time enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Manager and the hiring managers to identify top talent, support the recruitment process, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate :
Work closely with the Human Resources Manager and hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other creative channels to build a pool of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviews:
Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring all relevant information is recorded accurately and providing regular status updates to HR and hiring managers.
Applicant Tracking:
Ensure all candidate interactions, communications, and evaluations are accurately tracked.
Job Ad Creation:
Assist in writing, posting, and optimizing job ads to attract top talent in various industries and markets.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s culture and values to potential candidates, showcasing the benefits of working at AeroRepair.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the administrative tasks associated with the hiring process, including offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment activities as needed.
Data and Reporting:
Help generate recruitment-related reports, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness. Other Duties as

As an entry-level recruiter, you will be exposed to various facets of the HR and recruiting functions, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as your skills develop.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Attention to
Detail:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities with ease.
Technology Proficiency:
Comfortable using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and social media platforms. Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
Team Player:
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work well with various team members and departments.
Positive Attitude:
