Duties:

Source candidates by screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing background/reference checksMatch qualified candidates to client job orders and extend employment offersManage candidate information and activity using an Applicant Tracking SystemDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting outreach calls to assess their staffing needsRepresent the company at job fairs and other recruitment eventsSocial media management
