POSITION

As our Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in streamlining our recruiting processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our talent acquisition strategy. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career within a fast-paced tech environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, application screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and recruiting database
Create and distribute compelling job descriptions across various platforms
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine role requirements
Track and report on key recruiting metrics and hiring data
Stay current on industry hiring trends and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software
Experience with recruiting via social media and professional networks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
