growing company on the lovely Seacoast is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide immediate support to their internal talent team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a requisition load of variety of industries Source and engage talent through professional networks and online platforms Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and strategy Post and manage job listings across platforms Coordinate and schedule interviews Track progress and maintain candidate data in the ATS Provide a seamless and professional experience to both candidates and hiring teams

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience; must be comfortable working across various industries Proven ability to manage requisitions independently and hit the ground running Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers and executive-level stakeholders

Pay:

20-28/hr depending on experience

Schedule:
