Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TalentAcquisition Coordinator to become a key member of their vibrant HRteam. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting andcoordinating the recruitment process, helping to create a positiveand efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Client Details Our client is a non-profit organization that helpsthose in need find the right programs that can help them on theirhealth and wellness journey. Description Oversee the fullrecruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and reviewingapplications to coordinating interviews and facilitating new hireonboarding. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to keep preciseand up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers on offer negotiations and thepreparation of employment contracts. Lead orientation sessions tohelp new employees integrate smoothly into the company andunderstand its culture. Organize and lead internal and external jobfairs to attract potential talent. Serve as a point of contact foremployees seeking guidance on HR policies, benefits, and generalinquiries. Ensure all practices comply with labor regulations,internal policies, and industry best standards. Profile Minimum oftwo years of experience in high-volume recruitment Solidunderstanding of employment laws, HR regulations, and industry bestpractices Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesQuick to learn and capable of handling multiple tasks efficientlyDemonstrated success in leading and executing HR initiatives orprojects Proficient in HR systems and tools, along with strongskills in Microsoft Office applications Job Offer Competitivehourly rate!
