We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in candidate engagement and on-boarding.

Job Summary:

As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant / Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment team by reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and assisting with the on-boarding process. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR, recruiting, or office administration.

Responsibilities:

Review candidate applications and resumes to identify qualified applicants. Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with hiring managers. Communicate with candidates via email and phone regarding interview logistics. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other databases. Support on-boarding by collecting required documentation and helping coordinate new hire setup. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams. Assist with posting job ads, responding to candidate inquiries, and tracking recruiting metrics.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative/recruiting coursework a plus. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Friendly, professional, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Prior experience in a customer service, office assistant, or recruiting coordinator role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
