The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of human resources processes, and the ability to manage relationships effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive work environment while supporting the team in achieving their goals. Duties Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage internal recruiting processes, including interviewing and talent acquisition. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for efficient recruitment management. Foster strong relationships with team members to promote a positive work culture. Conduct research on best practices in human resources to continually improve processes. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and assist in workforce planning. Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Kronos for effective data management and reporting. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong background in human resources functions, including training development and relationship management. Familiarity with internal recruiting processes, ATS systems, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams. Proficient in using Salesforce, Kronos, or similar software for operational management.
