Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter Confidential Carteret, NJ 07008
Onsite HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings. Processing background checks and overseeing onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
Serving as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns. Supporting the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns.
HR Administration:
Maintaining employee records and data integrity. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and professional interaction. Familiarity with employment labor law to ensure compliance during the hiring process. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes.
