The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various transportation positions within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. 1099 position Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application & ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client. Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, overcome obstacles associated with areas preventing applicants form attending scheduled orientation when requested. Administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
