The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company’s staffing needs while promoting our employer brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other channels Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the hiring process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR and departmental teams Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire) Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks efficiently High level of professionalism and discretion Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is a plus Familiarity with social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
