Job Summary:

As a Recruiter on our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating new applicants through the application process and collaborating with other teammates to ensure applicants are equipped with everything they need from application to hire.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Contact candidates via text, email, and phone. Utilize recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn. Occasionally attend job fairs in the South New Jersey area. Create and manage job postings. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth hiring process. Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment. Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and tools.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using computer systems and various recruitment platforms. Prior experience in recruitment or human resources in long-term care is preferred. Ability to occasionally travel to job fairs in the South New Jersey area.
