Job Description
Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Beauty industry, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range:
- $55 – 60 per hour
- What’s the Job?
- + Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of permanent roles, focusing on Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions.
+ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies that attract top talent. + Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with both role expectations and company culture. + Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). + Manage interview coordination and scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- What’s Needed?
- + 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within CPG or Beauty. + Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with ATS platforms. + Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. + Strong understanding of the talent landscape and beauty industry players.
