Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner closely with business units to identify, define, and fulfill current and future workforce needs. This individual will implement innovative sourcing strategies, assess internal and external talent, and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline. Collaboration with internal teams and leadership is essential to success in this role.
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
+ Partner with leadership to understand strategic goals, financial objectives, and hiring needs. + Collaborate with team members to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies. + Define role criteria, create position descriptions, and document job specifications. + Source, assess, and present qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. + Provide detailed candidate profiles and facilitate the interview and selection process. + Guide candidates and hiring managers through the offer and negotiation stages. + Support onboarding and transition processes for new hires. + Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines. + Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices. + Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and tools to identify prospective candidates. + Monitor and report on key staffing metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate). + Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to shared goals. + Travel locally, regionally, and nationally for hiring events and professional conferences. + The work environment is hybrid, with employees expected to work in the office up to 4 days a week, depending on business needs.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Relevant Experience:
+ 3 years of proven healthcare recruitment experience preferred + Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. + Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases. + Experience with sourcing tools and methods. + In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and talent landscape + Experience with educating and influencing all stake holders
