The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that you attract top talent. Responsibilities Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews. Evaluate candidates’ experience, availability, and fit for agency needs. Coordinate and guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all required paperwork and screenings. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure timely enrollment into scheduling systems. Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system Monitor trends in application flow, hires, and no-shows to improve recruitment tactics. Support retention and engagement strategies through follow-up with new hires and ongoing feedback collection. Experience High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with preference for healthcare or behavioral health hiring. Familiarity with licensure requirements (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.), and industry best practices. Proficient in using ATS systems for tracking applicants and managing recruitment processes effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Strong time management skills Excellent attention to detail
