Talent Acquisition 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 184 Liberty Corner Road, Warren, NJ 07059 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates alike. The Recruiting Coordinator will utilize various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and iCIMS, ensuring an efficient and smooth recruitment experience. Responsibilities Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates. Utilize ATS platforms like Lever, Taleo, and iCIMS to track applicants and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process. Conduct research to identify potential talent pools and develop strategies for outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment. Assist in the development of training materials related to recruiting processes and employment labor laws. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Provide administrative support for onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation schedules. Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional experience throughout their journey. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Lever, Taleo, or iCIMS. Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to conduct research efficiently to identify potential candidates. Experience in training development is a plus but not required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
