Core Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define healthcare recruitment needs + Manage candidate communications from application to onboarding + Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews + Organize hiring events and job fairs to attract top healthcare talent + Support diverse recruitment initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition +
Experience:
In-house recruiting preferred; full-cycle recruitment experience essential +
Tools & Knowledge:
Proficient communication, computer skills; willingness to follow up +
