Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Efficiently manage the recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.2.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, providing guidance and resolving concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism.3.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, reviewing and updating HR policies to align with changing laws and organizational needs.4.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance review process, tracking employee progress, and facilitating discussions between managers and team members.5.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to benefits in a timely manner.6.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring the thoroughness of data entry and reporting.7.

Training & Development:

Support employee development initiatives by organizing training sessions and tracking learning progress.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have solid knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This person must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
