The Opportunity We’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys both people and problem-solving—someone who thrives in a dual role that blends recruiting responsibilities with weekly client site visits. You’ll manage key relationships, support the contingent workforce, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service. This is an ideal role for someone who is professional, personable, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular in-person client visits to assess satisfaction and workforce performance Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for open roles Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and compliance documentation Oversee timekeeping and attendance reporting for assigned accounts Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) Respond promptly to client and candidate requests and issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels and smooth operations Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment What You Bring Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing roles preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed Compensation and Benefits Starting salary of $40,000+ , with higher compensation available for experienced candidates Monthly commission opportunities Mileage reimbursement for local travel Growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive team Training, tools, and leadership guidance to help you succeed Family-oriented, people-first culture Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) Occasional evenings or weekends as needed based on client demand
