The main responsibility of this position will be re-enforcing our Values and Culture while facilitating the full cycle of the hiring process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes for all locations. Collaborate with department directors, managers, and supervisors to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions. Screen applications and coordinate interviews with the assistance of the hiring manager(s). Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the role available, industry standards, and the needs of DiVal Safety. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the training team and management to facilitate corporate onboarding. Assist with HR initiatives to improve the employee experience. Ensure timely updates on the recruiting process are shared with all relevant parties. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Attend and participate in job fairs. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills a must! Strong attention to detail a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Microsoft Office experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Overnight travel for minimum 1 to 2 nights per month. Minimum associate degree preferred with 1-2 years prior HR experience.
