Position Summary:
As our Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates for a variety of clinical and administrative roles, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and support staff. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our team as we continue to expand our services and reach more families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously Develop and maintain job postings across various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for culture fit and qualifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring reports Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify staffing needs and refine hiring strategies
