OVERVIEW A

Recruiter will facilitate the effective staffing of Conifer’s organization by assessing the staffing needs with the hiring managers and executing full-cycle recruitment, which will include proactive sourcing of candidate’s, active and passive; resulting in obtaining sought after talent that meets the qualifications and work experience specified by the hiring manager. The Recruiter will need to be resourceful with proactively headhunting candidates utilizing various sources.

SCHEDULE
  • Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 37.

5 hours per week (7.5-hour workdays), with flexibility as needed to support recruitment activities and deadlines.

LOCATION
  • This position is hybrid requiring 3 days per week in the Rochester Recourse Center. 2 days per week may be worked from approved home office. SALARY
  • $60,000.

00 – $70,000.00 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Defining hiring criteria, leveraging the due diligence process, with the hiring team to ensure there is a strong understanding of the job duties and responsibilities. Engage with hiring managers to have a full-scale understanding of specific job openings.
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including digital board postings, social media platforms, networking events, community outreach, academic institutions, skilled training centers, and job fairs. This includes sourcing passive candidates to prospect for future roles.
  • Using standardized screening techniques, will conduct preliminary phone interviews with candidates to assess prior experience, skills, qualifications, interest, personality, and salary requirements of potential candidates.
  • Provide summary feedback to hiring team about details regarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain successful candidate pipelines for filling vacancies on a timely basis.
  • Actively work toward building diverse and qualified teams to support the Company in all roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process (job postings, employment branding, candidate engagement, applicant phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, recruitment efforts) through final offers, onboarding.
  • Manage and track open positions. Post positions and maintain changes in the job posting system.
  • Coordinate site temp-help assignments and regional vendor contract selections.
  • Strategize with Talent team on talent acquisition strategies to always keep the recruitment program competitive.
  • Exceeding recruitment metrics, which include candidate engagements-passive/active, submittals, interviews, verbal offers, and time to fill.
  • Assist with revising, updating job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist with reporting as needed – turnover, AAP.
  • Perform other P+C support duties and special projects as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, preferred – or some college with equivalent P+C work experience. Certifications in HR (SHRM) or others a plus.
  • Seeking minimum 5-7 years’ experience in traditional talent acquisition required, along with experience in other P+C roles a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Experience with ATS systems required.
  • Social Media talent acquisition experience (Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs) helpful for enhanced recruitment efforts or will to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with employee’s company-wide, at all levels, and with all applicants.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner. SKILLS

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FUNCTIONING REQUIREMENTS
  • Light work that may require walking, stooping, crouching and lifting up to 10-15 pounds on occasion.
  • May require long periods of sitting.
  • Occasional travel to Conifer properties, annual conference, training, other events may be required when scheduled.
