We are currently seeking full time progressive HR Business Partner (Recruiter) to attract the best talent for our high-quality healthcare organization. The HR Business Partner is responsible for recruiting applicants for the vacant Nursing, Allied Health, Clerical, and Support positions to support the staffing needs of the hospital within the approved budget. Primarily, you will be responsible for a full cycle recruitment from interviews, reference and background checks to offers and onboarding. You will support the HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources with General Human Resources Functions including Employee Relations, Training and Education, Orientation, Compensation and Community Relations as well as support employees and managers with all aspects of Human Resources needs.

We require:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred. PHR, SHRM-CP or NAHCR certification. Minimum three years’ experience in a Hospital/Healthcare Human Resources Department required. High volume recruitment and employee relations experience is a must. Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills. Public speaking skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Federal and NYS Labor Laws. Familiarity with Joint Commission, DOH and other regulatory agency Human Resources standards.

Salary:
