Hello! Our client Peloton is looking for a hybrid recruiter out of their NYC office. Mon and Fri from home Tues – Thurs onsite. Reason for the request
- ?????Covering Mat Leave. Anticipating coming back Dec. 1st, and will about a month to cover / buffer this return date.
- ?????Will be recruiting for most corporate functions including accounting and finance, legal, human resources, marketing.

Cultivate strong relationships with internal hiring managers, becoming a trusted advisor who anticipates needs and proactively delivers tailored recruiting solutions.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence:
Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to consistently exceed hiring goals and align with financial headcount projections.

Deep Expertise:
Leverage comprehensive knowledge of recruitment across diverse roles, levels, and functions, with a specialized focus on finance, accounting, marketing, product development, and technology.

Curve:
Remain current with the latest talent acquisition trends, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and sourcing tools, and share insights to continuously improve team practices.

Mentorship and Development:
Mentor and support fellow recruiters, sharing best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and advanced interview techniques.

Global Recruitment Support:
Provide comprehensive immigration and visa support, leveraging extensive experience in international recruitment to efficiently navigate global hiring processes.

Industry Engagement:
Represent Peloton at industry conferences and events, and host local recruiting events to build brand awareness and attract talent.

Talent Pipeline Development:
Establish and nurture relationships with key pipeline organizations and target universities to build a strong talent network.

Strategic Talent Advisory:
- Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to management to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with other departmental recruiters to provide support and resources for open positions across various functional areas.
•?????Peer group is 3 recruiters, plus recruiting coordinators. Will have some exposure with some of the tech recruiters. Must Haves
Nice to have: Greenhouse ATS, Agency Recruiting experience.
Must Have:
Google/G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack experience.
Does not need deep finance expertise, but how to navigate senior leaders. Would love an agency recruiter that is wanting to get into corporate. Would want them to agency in the background. Somebody that done agency plus corporate. Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition

The manager is really interested in bringing in a new face to the team, especially from a contractor standpoint, to help bring new ideas, perspectives, etc. to the team. There is potential if this individual is a rockstar that the manager may want to extend the assignment given business need and budget are there (however she does not get to make that final call). Manager is interested in individuals who come from an agency background as they have a great understanding of the hustle and bustle of agency recruiting and can apply to this role / team. YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- ?????7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- ?????Deep expertise in corporate functions, including: finance, accounting, marketing and product development sectors, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new pipelines, including technology.
- ?????Mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- ?????Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels, resulting in successful placements.
- ?????Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership (Director-level+), including SVPs, to attract and recruit top-tier leadership talent.
- ?????Ability to proactively manage open requisitions with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- ?????Creative and innovative approach to recruiting, with the ability to independently solve complex challenges.
- ?????Dedicated to sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the entire hiring cycle.
