Role:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing talent acquisition culture, process and most importantly, candidate experience. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to collaborating with the greater People Team to develop Employer Branding marketing materials as well. Additionally, working closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute the full-cycle recruiting process for roles primarily focused on our corporate group and operations managerial and supervisory staff. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, determine interview process and sourcing strategy. Source, engage, and nurture top talent through multiple channels while managing inbound traffic in ADP. Maintain thoughtful and intentional candidate experience, ensuring candidates have transparent, informative and accurate information and are treated with the utmost respect. Implement and iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Conduct research and make recommendations on industry-specific posting sites and employer branding opportunities.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing organization 2-3 years of hands on sourcing experience with the ability to build complex search strings with ease. Excellent project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple open roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Intellectually curious; self-reflective and always thinking about how we can improve our process, candidate experience and where and how talent learns about us!

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

This is an in-person role based out of our Jersey City office, with flexibility for some remote work 2 days per week.
