What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition :
Source, recruit, and hire the best candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
Relationship Building :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Full Cycle Recruiting :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviews and hiring.
Collaborative Teamwork :
Work closely with other departments to understand hiring needs and ensure the right fit for every position.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience :
Proven experience in recruiting or human resources (preferred but not required).
Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive :
A self-starter who can manage multiple roles and tasks efficiently.
Organized :
Able to juggle numerous candidates and processes at once without missing a beat.
Motivated :
A desire to hit and exceed recruiting targets.
Local :
