What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, phone interviews, virtual pre-checks, and in-person final interviews Generate high-volume candidate flow weekly—at least 6-7 qualified hires per week Identify and filter for high-potential, money-driven candidates with long-term potential in sales Track candidate movement, follow up diligently Improve funnel quality and proactively adjust sourcing strategy,and reduce no-shows or drop-offs (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate start dates and support onboarding logistics with internal teams. Enjoy full atonement over processes with the ability to create new verticals. Test campaigns – test multiple platforms, job titles, budgets etc.
What You Bring:
2-3 years of recruiting experience Strong intuition and pattern recognition for identifying driven, coachable personalities Excellent communication skills—you can quickly build rapport and cut through vague answers High attention to detail and a self-managed approach to tracking tasks and outcomes A sales mindset—you don’t give up until the pipeline is full and the roles are filled
