The Recruitment Team at R2Net is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in NYC on a Temporary/Seasonal Basis. This role is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing and recruitment who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic team.

Hourly pay:

$25-$30. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, R2NET will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

LI-WK Key Responsibilities:

Support the Recruiting team with various aspects of the recruitment process Interview Logistics – Scheduling, coordinating & facilitating interviews both in-person and virtually across hiring groups. Pipeline Management – Screening and sourcing prospective candidates using Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn to gauge technical/cultural fit. Recruiting Admin – Assisting with Offer Letter creation and facilitating the post-offer process of background check coordination and onboarding action items. Communicate professionally with stakeholders via phone and email Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to pre-screen candidates Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for coordination, data entry, and document preparation Requirements 1+ year of sourcing or recruiting experience Preferrable proficiency in

ATS & HRIS

(

IE:

Workday, Workable, etc) Ability to perform Boolean search to identify prospective candidates Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
