The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, utilizing various recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various platforms for talent acquisition, including social media management and job boards. Perform research to identify potential candidates and market trends in the industry. Engage in technical recruiting for specialized positions, ensuring a thorough understanding of job requirements. Manage applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or ADP to streamline the recruitment process. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through cold calling and networking. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Assist in training development for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, ADP) and payroll software (Paychex) is highly desirable. Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various channels. Experience in technical recruiting is a plus, particularly for specialized roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for social media management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
