The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while utilizing various tools and platforms to attract top talent. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Duties Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract recent graduates and interns. Manage social media accounts to promote job openings and enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process using Salesforce or ADP. Provide timely feedback to candidates and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or related fields, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or ADP is preferred. Experience in campus recruitment is a plus. Strong social media management skills to effectively promote job openings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates professionally. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. A background in sales or contract recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
