The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires a blend of relationship management, research skills, and proficiency in various recruitment technologies. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract suitable candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate evaluations through interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Develop training programs for hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection. Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance candidate experience. Utilize HRIS systems for tracking employee data and recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong knowledge of ATS systems; familiarity with Workday or Salesforce is a plus. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. Proficient in research techniques for identifying potential candidates across various platforms. Experience in employee evaluation processes and training development is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
