In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, evaluating, and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Responsibilities Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates effectively. Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of applicants to assess their qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS and UltiPro. Assist in the development of job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent. Support the onboarding process by coordinating training development sessions and employee evaluations. Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Engage in lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred. Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HR software is a plus. Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of training development processes is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with employment labor laws is desirable.
