Job Description:

Gpac offers an excellent, remote work-life balance, in afast-paced work environment. This is a position that allows you tohelp transform people’s lives by placing them in their idealpositions with clients, while transforming your life as well. Thisis a commission-driven position providing training, expectations,and your commitment. Following our plan, we would have you on goalto earn $100,000.00 your first full year in the business. Anexample, our 2024 “Rookie of the Year” earned $220,000.00 dollars.

With our training, tools, and guidance, you are able to earn 30% to80% of all of your business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintainrelationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Theuse of our many tools, ability to make calls, qualify, screen andprep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in thenegotiation of job offers
• Partner with clients to assist infilling urgent position(s)

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
• Act with integrity, confidentially,and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• Computersavvy, with knowledgeable skills
• Competitive Spirit
