Job Description
Corporate Recruiter 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 3617 Parsons Blvd, Queens, NY 11354 Kennedy Healthcare is looking to hire an in-house recruiter to join our corporate team. The Corporate Recruiter will oversee all recruiting efforts for three long-term care facilities under our corporate umbrella.
Duties include:
sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, screening, and selecting candidates for full-time or part-time positions. As a Recruiter, you should be able to build relationships with potential candidates and ensure that all qualified applicants are taken on board. Job Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates using various methods to fill job opportunities Draft job descriptions Build relationships with potential candidates through various methods Review resumes and/or applications from candidates and identify necessary skills or experience Contact selected candidates to conduct phone screenings and set up interviews Coordinate with other departments when filling job openings and coordinating interviews Experience 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the healthcare field preferred Excellent knowledge of recruitment methods and processes Familiarity with employment law and regulations Good knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) along with the ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Problem-solving skills along with the ability to meet deadlines
