Represent Elite Technical professionally and deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience. Collaborate with internal team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Accurately maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system. Required Skills What You Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using social media, networking, and creative sourcing techniques. Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in people.
