Position Overview We areseeking a skilled Recruiter to join our client’s HR team on atemporary basis. This role is critical to supporting ongoingrecruitment efforts for high-level positions while team members areon leave. The successful candidate will manage 15-20 open positionssimultaneously, focusing on recruiting for senior-level rolesincluding MDs and above.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:

Recruit for high-level healthcare positions, particularly MDs andabove-level roles

Candidate Management:

Source, screen, and presentqualified candidates using

ICIMS ATS

system

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers

Stakeholder Communication:

Check emails daily, communicatewith candidates through portal systems, and maintain regularcontact with hiring managers

Process Management:

Join interviews asfacilitator and support the full recruitment lifecycle RequiredQualifications Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred(candidates without healthcare experience will be considered aswell) Strong team player mentality and excellent communicationskills Degree in Human Resources or other related field This is atemporary position with potential for extension based on businessneeds. Candidates with healthcare recruiting experience will begiven priority consideration for any future permanentopportunities.
