Position Summary To work within the HR Department and alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager with the responsibility to staff the needs of the organization. Post/manage job advertising campaigns across multiple talent sites and online job boards. To assist in the contact, screen, schedule applicants for Interviews. To assist in the onboarding process. To maintain applicant logs, databases, and the ATS. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Consults with organization leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s). Responsible for job posting on Indeed, LinkedIn, Glass Door, and other job board platforms. Host and participate in job fairs, including virtual opportunities to connect with potential candidates. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport. Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable. Analyze candidates through phone screenings, verify experience and credentials, and forward qualified applications to the hiring manager. Schedules applicant interviews as directed by the hiring manager. Counsels’ candidates on the interviewing and hiring process. Follows up with hiring managers after the interview to determine whether a placement can be made, collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful. Maintains Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedules post-offer employment drug testing and run background checks. Conducts new hire orientation and employment onboarding. Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees. Additional duties as assigned. Skills Superior communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Comfortability in Public Speaking/Presenting is required. Customer focused and results driven and must have the ability to effectively collaborate and work with personnel at various levels throughout the Company. Experience working within the DISA Consortium is highly desired. College Degree is desired. Bilingual in Spanish is desired. Great verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a solid knowledge of relevant employment Laws such as FLSA, ADA, ADEA, and EEO. Must possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be highly detailed oriented, organized, self-disciplined, and a results-oriented team player. Physical Requirements The ability to lift and move 40 lbs. The ability to stand for at least 30 minutes. There is a possibility of overnight travel by airplane/car.
