Job Description
Human Resources Recruiter (Education) 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 705 North Shady Retreat Road, Doylestown, PA 18901 The human resources recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This position will be responsible for all recruitment functions that focus primarily on talent acquisition and selection. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Essential Functions :
Develop and execute recruiting plans and work with hiring supervisors on recruiting planning meetings. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Facilitate and conduct new hire orientation for all new employees and contractors. This includes updates on facilitator presentations, orientation schedule for the school year, space and room preparation. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Responsible for oversight of posting of all job offerings, including compliance with Memorandum of Understanding related to Posting/Transfers and collective bargaining agreement. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions and maintain dashboard and metric reporting on all recruitment efforts Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Taleo trainer and superuser (staff trainings and maintaining database). Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Assist in branding the organization and establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Works in Taleo to verify new hire credentials and salary information. Generates New Hire Offer Letters in Taleo. Extends offers for new and existing hires. Oversee the New Hire and Transfer process. Conduct verbal offers, verifying interview and posting. Conduct Intakes as needed. Prepares job descriptions and updates/revises as needed. Posts template to Taleo and updates HR Core. Functions as a contract agency liaison for all hiring and recruitment. Aides in hiring and intake process for Extended School Year Program.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, 260-day calendar position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary based on position and division but generally are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Qualifications Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree is beneficial. Human Resources related field is preferred. Human Resources certification is beneficial. K
- n •owledge, Skills • and Abilities• Minimum two years of human resources experience, one to two years of human resources recruiting experience preferred.
3-5 Years’ administrative role experience Advanced computer competency in talent management systems; HRMS systems preferred
Computer/Technical Skills:
Displays proficiency using Microsoft Office, HRMS systems, etc.; Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills Experience with recruiting through full lifecycle preferred. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skills in database management and record keeping. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable) : Citizenship or work authorization to work in the United States required.
