Our Doylestown-based team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of industries and roles Source, screen, and match top-tier candidates to client opportunities Conduct engaging interviews and provide consultative guidance through the hiring process Support client relationships and deliver a high-touch candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to align on talent needs and recruitment strategies Farming existing business relationships and hunting for new business, gathering new job requirements to work on Leverage tools like ATS/CRM systems to track, manage, and engage talent Participate in strategy sessions, weekly check-ins, and continuous learning initiatives

What You Bring:

Grit with a strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Coachability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others succeed Experience in sales, recruiting, HR, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles is a plus Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems preferred (but not required) Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a bonus—not a requirement
